Click on Store....Click the Service you want, click Check out (another page will open up)...once you've paid (return to the Store Page on the Site) click on the Scheduler program which is located on the TOP of the STORE PAGE(The button says Schedule NOW). Once you click on it another tab of new window will come up.... and then set up the times you want to meet up and location info... we'll call you and make sure all the info is correct and BAM we'll meet you up and make your teeth much whiter =)

The mission of Polk County School Board is to ensure rigorous, relevant learning experiences that result in high achievement.
IMAGINE 300 teachers from Bartow High School getting teeth whitening... That's $6,000 dollars donated to the school that can be used to help Seniors with some College Expenses, or purchase new books, Computers etc...
